My Story
Who is Kerrie Nobes? (Pic of our beautiful furbaby Milo).
Firstly a mother to 2 fabulous young adults and wife to my husband of 31 years. I'm someone who loves to connect to people and learn their real story - open to both the good and bad. I've always been a people person and loved to create fun and engaging interactions with those around me. Love travelling and had the great fortune of doing a lot of international travel over the years with great friends. Love to explore, see the street art, eat different foods and interact with the locals.
I was born in Melbourne Eastern suburbs, moved to Sydney when my kids were 2 & 4 years old for a 6 year stay, then on to New Jersey USA for 6.5 years. What a great experience these areas gave us, meeting fabulous friends who became family, and now very happy to be back in Melbourne after 13 years away. I'm a great listener who seeks to understand what brings joy to people and eternally optimistic that we'll find commonalities and move forward together.
I've worked across industries, in many leadership roles in Nursing, Pharmaceutical Sales, Customer Service, Professional Development, and now Founder of Kreating New Collaborations (KNC). KNC started during Covid (aggghhhh) to offer virtual learning opportunties to help teams stay focused and connected. 5 years in, we are a established provider of learning solutions for many TAFE organisations upskilling educators, and across industries creating cohesive teams through self-assessments such as DiSC, HBDI, GENOS & ECR. I help people do what they do better and with gusto! I'm a firm believer that everyone should enjoy the work and value what they bring to the party.
My focus is on builidng people's confidence, skill and self-awareness of strengths so they can make the best impact possible. We are all leaders in my mind, some with titles, some without. I'm a qualified professional and personal coach, which helps me in training others from that coaching lens.
My best day is to partner with small/medium businesses to find ways to upskill and inspire their teams to build cultures of high performance and satisfaction. When you work with me, you have my full attention and investment into your success. It's not a one day event done and dusted, I offer ongoing support and thrive on seeing your growth and you reaching your potential.
